To keep peace and prosperity in the Hentairangers, we have a hierarchy. The hierarchy is divided into two parts. One concerns its self with the loyalty and trustworthiness of a member (Ranks) the other is purely strength based (Percentage). 

You can achieve a higher rank by showing great leading qualities and a good sense of justice. Each rank comes with its attributes and influences, that the rank holder can use to their benefit to maximize their leading capability.

To obtain a higher percentage one must train to get better at combat the elite will know when it's time for a raise. Based on your percentage you can join different kinds of specialized divisions.
